1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreeSEOTools.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

FreeSEOTools.io provides a collection of 75+ free and paid SEO tools including (but not limited to) meta tag analyzers, sitemap validators, keyword tools, schema markup generators, and AI-powered content tools. Many tools run entirely in your browser; others send a URL to our servers for analysis.

The Service is offered in three tiers: Free (3 API tool uses per day), Pro ($19/month, 20 API tool uses per day), and Agency ($49/month, 100 API tool uses per day plus exclusive access to 8 AI-powered tools). Client-side tools are unlimited across all tiers.

3. Account Registration & Security

Some features require you to register for an account. You agree to:

• —Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties
• —Notify us immediately at info@freeseotools.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• —Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect have been compromised.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

• —Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive an email receipt after each charge.
• —Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing info@freeseotools.io. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation, except as stated below.
• —7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting info@freeseotools.io. This guarantee applies once per customer per subscription tier.
• —Pricing changes:We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the next renewal after the notice period.

5. API Usage Limits

Server-side tool calls are metered daily and reset at midnight UTC. The limits per plan are:

• —Free: 3 API tool uses per day
• —Pro: 20 API tool uses per day
• —Agency: 100 API tool uses per day

Client-side tools (those running entirely in your browser) are not metered and are available without limit on all plans. Unused daily allowances do not roll over to the following day.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• —Involves automated scraping or bulk querying of our API beyond your plan's daily limits
• —Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary logic from the Service
• —Circumvents or attempts to bypass usage limits, authentication, or access controls
• —Involves sharing account credentials to give multiple users access under a single subscription
• —Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• —Transmits malicious code, malware, or any content that could damage our systems or those of other users
• —Involves reselling or redistributing access to the Service without our written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, algorithms, text, and other content that comprise FreeSEOTools.io are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own internal business or personal purposes.

You retain full ownership of any content (URLs, text, or data) that you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the requested tool output to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

SEO tool outputs are informational only and should not be taken as professional SEO, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on tool outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREESEOTOOLS.IO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion via info@freeseotools.io. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in activity that could harm other users, third parties, or the Service itself.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FreeSEOTools.io regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
